Your order will be shipped ground via freight company (LTL). Doors & Decor shipping is a curbside delivery with lift-gate service. Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your order to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
Doors & Decor will provide you with all necessary delivery information to prepare you for delivery, including: full carrier information, and tracking numbers. You will be able to track your shipment online from departure to arrival. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
Doors & Decor orders are shipped on a solid and secure crate. The crate is designed to protect your door and ensure that it will arrive in perfect condition.
CLIMATE & SUN EXPOSURE?
If you live in a severe climate or your entry receives a lot of direct sunlight from a southern or western exposure, an overhang right above the door is required per the manufacturer's warranty. An overhang that protects the entire door from direct sunlight, rain and snow will increase the longevity of the door and will keep maintenance to a minimum.
